NEEDSProphet Isaiah has said that people without vision perish. This is true of Evangelical Hospital also. The hospital is a growing institution and a growing institution always has needs. They are divided into building needs; equipment requirement and Human resource development need for training of doctors, paramedical and nurses and last but not the least spiritual development of all members of the hospital staff.

ALL PERSONNEL
The hospital continuously needs personnel and training of personnel is expensive. Subsidizing the cost of training of undergraduate and postgraduate doctors in pediatrics, psychiatry, anesthesiology, surgery, medicine, orthopedics and B.S. nursing is very necessary and essential.
PARAMEDICAL
Training of paramedics in the disciplines of Microbiology, Biochemistry, Physiotherapy has become an acute necessity.

- The buildings of the hospital are more than 60 years old and need renovation and replacement
- A Chapel for christian worship

- Conference room and dining room for 30-40 people for meetings and workshops

SPECIAL DREAM: RADIOTHERAPY UNIT
Although Khariar is in a very rural and backward area we are getting an increasing number of patients suffering from malignant diseases. The nearest cobalt unit is in the State of Chhattisgarh, 400 miles away. It is thus a special dream of the hospital to start a functioning radiotherapy unit which will cover up to 15-20 million people.
